What is all this habit building business? I just want a diet plan.
Sorry, we don’t do that! Over the 12-months, we’ll be working to teach you how to truly listen to your body. This takes time, patience, and practice. Diet plans are great if you are prepping for a bodybuilding show. But for most people, they want to learn how to make sustainable changes for lifelong results. That’s what you’ll learn through our daily habits and other exercises.
