SAPT’s adult training isn’t group fitness classes, cookie-cutter workouts, or random programming. Every program is built around your assessment results, your goals, and your training history. We call it Precision Performance — structured, progressive, and designed to produce measurable results over time.

Sessions incorporate barbells, kettlebells, medicine balls, and bodyweight training — selected and sequenced based on what your body needs, not what’s trendy. Your coach is with you every session, cueing movement quality, adjusting loads, and making sure every rep counts.

We don’t just hand you a program and wish you luck. Every session is coached, every program is personalized, and every result is earned.
