Our team-style performance programs are sport specific, and custom planned with your team’s strengths and weaknesses in mind. Our certified coaches have collegiate coaching backgrounds, and come to your facility for time efficiency and affordability. Depending on the sport and age of athletes, sessions may cover speed training, agility, first-step quickness, running and cutting mechanics, jump training, explosive power, basic body weight strength training, injury prevention and more. We recommend 1 or 2 sessions per week for at least 10-weeks to see quantifiable improvements in functional strength, speed and power.
